Hector and I were brainstorming on what to add to our flyers and posters. We thought about what would catch kids attention. We were thinking about printing out soccer balls, basketballs and baseballs, tennis balls, and footballs to put on our posters. I would write the letters that would go on our posters. Then on our flyers we would do the same things just in a smaller versions.

We would go out and buy the posters ourselves  and printing paper for the flyers. Hector and I talked about where and when we would put our flyers up. We decided that we would hand them out around schools near us. We thought it would be a great advantage to reach out to young kids in elementary schools, because many kids at that age are interested in sports.

Hector and I put our ideas together and began to organize what was going to be on the Elevator Pitch. The video basically states what we plan to do, that is to have kids playing sports and staying away from drugs. It says how we plan to keep kids out of trouble by having them play sports. This will keep them occupied. How we plan to get the word out is by making posters, videos on social media, flyers and going into schools around the community.

The work we did in class was getting the Elevator Pitch done and have it uploaded. After we finished the video we came back to talk about what we would put in the posters and flyers. I would write what was going to be on the poster since I am more artistic than Hector, and he would print out pictures to put on our poster. on the flyers we could just simply print them out as well. That was it for today.

By this time Hector and I have arranged and straightened out our ideas. Our topic is based on encouraging kids to be active and play sports or other activities. We are still working on how we will achieve this, but we do know we want kids to enjoy themselves and hopefully keep on playing those sports. Some questions that have came up in the past are; where will the event take place. We have came up with the location for this event.

We have options, one of our options is the Claire Weeks Terra Del Sol Park by Wheeler elementary school. Our other option is Palo Verde Park which is near Annie W Kellond elementary school. Hector and I can go and talk to administration at these two schools to see if they are interested in the idea. If both are interested we can have an event for both separate schools. And possibly have an event where both schools face each other. But first we need to get permission from schools.

Hello, I will be introducing what this project will achieve. The ultimate goal is to encourage kids to be active in sports rather than using technology. to achieve this goal I will be partnering with Hector and some other people. Hector and I will brainstorm and come up with ways to achieve this goal, we hope we can get help from people and make it work. What we have in mind so far is to have some kind of field day to share with the kids. Come up with a presentation of what drugs to and lead to when addicted.

The reason why we chose to do this is because at this age we our peers that are going in bad steps. Some have dropped out, some are failing, some have even got in trouble with the law. I personally don't like seeing my peers going in the wrong direction. This why we grouped together to make this project happen.
